Alex was born in Pasadena located in California and raised at Hancock Park, Los Angeles. Her father doctor, Dr. Charles B. Witt is a renowned Los Angeles thoracic physician. Her mother's name is Colette Witt. Her siblings are Charles Walter and Charles Walter Witt. Witt may also be related to George Washington who was the first president of the United States. Her family's roots go back to George Washington, and she is also a member of the National Society of Washington Family Descendedants. Witt, who currently is engaged to Bill Sorensen (a television producer), Caroline Sorensen is the couple's daughter, while Charlie Sorensen is the couple's son.Alex Witt is the wife of Bill Sorensen, a well-known TV producer. They have two kids. They are Charlie Sorensen (son) and Caroline Sorensen. Also, there were reports that Alex and Bill had broken up, but thankfully, Alex came out and cleared up all the misunderstandings.Alex Witt began her career as a member of the band 'Mrs. Robinson.'
